Non-refundable pet is $300 for one pet and $500 for two pets.
$20 monthly pet rent per pet

Restrictions: Doberman Pinschers, Chows, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Bull Terriers, Akitas, Huskies, Boxers and any mixed breed dog with identifiable characteristics specific to one of these breeds. Any animal deemed by Management to be potentially harmful to the health or safety of others including attack or fight-trained dogs, will not be approved.
