Cary Pines is such a cozy feeling place, the office staff is amazing. Super helpful and maintenance is amazing, very clean and friendly. If you ever want a cozy warm feeling home i would recommend living here !! Rasheed the property manager is the best!

I am writing to express my honest opinion about my experience with cary pines apartment . I can’t thank Manager Rasheed Johnson enough for the amazing way he handled my lease-end process. From start to finish, he was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. Rasheed made what could have been a stressful situation feel simple and worry-free. He explained everything clearly, kept me updated, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of smoothly. A huge thank you as well to Britteny—she was just as outstanding as Rasheed. I truly appreciate both of you for making this process... Thank you, Rasheed and Britteny—you both made a big difference!

Just moved in so I have not “lived” in my unit yet BUT I have gotten to meet the office staff and they are so helpful and friendly. Manisha is my favorite! She is amazing! My timing was so bad with my move. I was supposed to pick up keys by 3pm. However, I did not arrive until after 6pm. The office closes at 6pm but I called and spoke with Manisha and she agreed to stay at work (using her personal time) to wait for me to arrive from VA so I could get my keys. When I arrived, Manisha was just as pleasant as always and her smile was the warmest welcome I could ask for. If not for her being so wonderful, I would have driven a fully packed uhaul from VA to NC for nothing.
